We are currently seeking a Head of International Sales who will be responsible for business development, including building sales strategies and processes for Cloud Technologies’ group of companies, as well as developing the product portfolio in collaboration with marketing and technical teams.
Key responsibilities
- Build and develop business growth strategies for the Cloud Technologies group.
- Identify new markets and growth opportunities.
- Create and refine sales strategies and processes for all Group companies.
- Manage and mentor sales teams located in Poland, Spain, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Canada, and the USA.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate on product development with the executive team, sales, technical, and operational teams.
- Work with marketing teams to effectively promote products and services.
- Collaborate with company departments and Group companies to optimize processes.
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities.
What we expect?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management and business development, particularly in the DATA, AdTech, or online advertising sectors.
- Proven track record in acquiring new clients and business partners worldwide (with a focus on the USA and Western Europe).
- Experience in building sales strategies and managing and mentoring sales teams (international team experience is a plus).
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to create and develop product growth strategies.
- Familiarity with the advertising technology market, its trends, and challenges.
- Fluency in English and Polish (at least C1 level).
